This website briefly introduces the company and all its investment and development activities; whether direct investments or those undertaken through the totally- or partially-owned subsidiary companies. It also demonstrates the Awqaf of Sheikh Sulaiman Al-Rajhi and his efforts in the fields of investment and charity, and provides detailed information about the holding company, its investments and affiliated companies.

Awqaf have always had a well-known role in developing the society in the past and present. The Islamic society has pioneered in this regard, as Awqaf have emerged at the age of prophecy, and developed at the age of Prophet Muhammed’s Companions “Sahaba”. Since then, the Awqaf have been undergoing jurisprudential and administrative development. Currently, Awqaf have become a significant resource for communities’ growth and development; thus, attention was paid to their encouragement and development, and to the development of their administrative and organizational structures, with the objective of achieving their goals and contributing to the continuation of their charity services on the long-run.

The establishment of Sulaiman Al-Rajhi Holding Company in 1432 Hijri/2011, was a significant addition to the Waqaf of Sulaiman Al-Rajhi in particular, and a qualitative addition to Awqaf in general. The company is owned by Awqaf Sheikh Sulaiman Al-Rajhi and works in compliance with the Saudi corporate regulations. It is considered the investment tool that provides the financial resources for the charitable sector of the Awqaf. As a company, we understand our responsibility towards developing organizational, administrative and investment solutions for all the endowment companies, ensuring the Awqaf compliance with the religious rules and regulations, as well as maintaining their sustainability and effectiveness in developing the society, in order to achieve the goals of the donors.
